Matches your hours

Hotel vending machines in Atlanta, planned around how guests use them.

Most hotel vending sales happen when the front desk is thinnest: a late check-in after a delayed flight, an early checkout before breakfast opens, or the hours after the restaurant and bar close. A machine or micro market covers those hours without adding anyone to the schedule. We supply the equipment, stock it, service it and handle repairs, so your property gets the amenity without taking on inventory or cash handling.

Lobby, guest floors, or both

The best spot depends on the building. A lobby or elevator-bank location gets the most foot traffic and is easy to find at 1 AM. A guest-floor location, usually beside the ice machine, saves guests a trip downstairs and works well in taller properties where the lobby is a long elevator ride away. Some hotels do both: a full machine or micro market in the lobby and a smaller drink machine on select floors.

  • Lobby or elevator bank. Highest visibility, and the natural home for a micro market with a wider selection.
  • Ice machine alcoves. Drinks and snacks a few steps from the room, for guests who don't want to get dressed and go downstairs.
  • Fitness center or pool. Water, sports drinks and lighter snacks where people are working out or sitting in the sun.
  • Back of house. A separate break machine for housekeeping, maintenance and night audit, kept out of guest areas.

During the Site Survey we look at power, floor space, sightlines from the desk and how guests actually move through the building, then recommend specific locations.

What to stock for hotel guests

A hotel mix is different from an office mix. Guests want what they forgot to pack or can't find nearby at night. A typical starting point:

  • Drinks. Bottled water, soda, juice, sports drinks and energy drinks.
  • Late-night snacks. Chips, candy, nuts, crackers and cookies.
  • Early-morning items. Protein bars, pastries and cold coffee for guests leaving before breakfast service.
  • Travel essentials. Toothpaste, pain relievers, antacids and phone chargers.

Business travelers, weekend leisure guests and youth sports teams in town for a tournament buy differently, so we set the mix for your guest profile and adjust it based on what sells. Our guide to vending and the hotel guest experience goes further into product mix and how vending cuts down on front desk requests.

Payment that stays off the folio

Every machine takes credit and debit cards and mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, with cash kept where it matters. Guests pay at the machine, so nothing posts to a room folio and your front desk isn't reconciling snack charges or issuing refunds at checkout. If a machine takes someone's money and doesn't vend, that refund comes to us, not your desk.

Service visits that work around guests

Restocking and repairs run on a schedule we set with your team. Most properties prefer quieter windows, such as late morning after checkout and before afternoon arrivals, so service carts aren't crossing the lobby during the check-in rush. Our team uses the entrance you designate and checks in the way your operation requires. If something breaks, we fix it. Your engineering staff never has to open the machine.

Our machine options page compares the three formats we install. The short version for hotels is below, and we'll recommend one for your property after the walkthrough.

We install, stock & maintain

Delivery, install, restocking, repairs — all ours, at zero cost to your property.

Common questions.

Do I need to sign anything to get a Site Survey?

No. A Site Survey is a free, no-obligation 15-minute walkthrough — there's nothing to sign.

How much does it cost?

There's no upfront cost to you. We provide, install, stock, and maintain the machine.

Can we get a guest-facing and a staff machine?

Yes — we'll cover placement for both during your Site Survey.

Do the machines accept card or mobile payment?

Yes — credit, debit, and mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, with cash kept where it matters.

Do purchases get charged to the guest's room?

No. Guests pay at the machine by card, mobile wallet or cash, so nothing goes on the folio and your staff doesn't handle vending charges or refunds.

Can the machine carry toiletries and travel essentials?

Yes. Toothpaste, pain relievers, antacids and phone chargers can sit alongside snacks and drinks, which means fewer requests for forgotten items at the desk.

Will restocking disrupt guests?

We schedule service visits with your team, usually during low-traffic hours, and use whichever entrance you prefer.

Should the machine go in the lobby or on guest floors?

It depends on your layout and traffic. Many hotels put the main machine or micro market in the lobby and add drink machines near ice machines on select floors. We'll recommend placement during the Site Survey.

Is there a long-term commitment?

Terms are flexible. If the Site Survey shows your property is a fit, we'll walk you through them before anything is installed.
