What to expect when you partner with a vending company

How does it start? What happens after installation? Who handles it when something goes wrong? Here's the full process, step by step.

Step 1: Site assessment and needs analysis

It starts with understanding your space — daily foot traffic, facility type, available placement areas, dietary needs, and how many machines make sense. That assessment determines which machine type and product mix will actually perform at your specific location.

Step 2: Proposal and product selection

Next comes a proposal covering recommended machine types and quantities, placement, sample products, and service schedule. You can weigh in on product and placement preferences — a responsive vendor accommodates that.

Step 3: Installation and setup

We handle delivery, placement, the power connection, the first inventory load, payment system testing, and a quick walkthrough of how everything works. Most installations complete the same day.

Step 4: Ongoing restocking and maintenance

After that, we own restocking based on real sales data, product rotation, technical maintenance, and remote performance monitoring — smart inventory tracking means we restock proactively, before a machine ever runs dry.

What you're responsible for vs. what we handle

Your side: a suitable space with electrical access, letting our service team in, and telling us if anything about the location changes.

Our side: equipment ownership, upkeep, product sourcing, repairs, payment processing, and every cost that comes with any of it.

What a good long-term partnership looks like

The best partnerships run on open communication — we adjust the product mix based on what's actually selling, introduce new items as trends shift, and respond fast when something needs attention. We're a Georgia-based company that knows our locations personally, not a call center reading from a script.

Common questions.

How long is a typical vending service agreement?

Terms are flexible — we work out an arrangement that fits both sides, not a rigid multi-year lock-in.

Can I add or remove machines over time?

Yes, machines can be added, upgraded, or reconfigured as your needs change.

How often will the machine be restocked?

It depends on usage — high-traffic locations may see multiple visits a week, lower-traffic ones weekly or biweekly.

What happens if a product isn't selling?

We track sales data and swap out underperforming items — you can also request changes any time.

Is there a minimum location size to partner with a vending company?

No strict minimum, but the space needs enough daily traffic to support consistent use.

What makes a vending partnership different from just buying a machine?

You're never on the hook for repairs, restocking, or replacement — that's the entire point of the partnership model.
